YES! Remington chamber with small base. YES! 6BR Remington dies for smaller base dimension. YES! My head has lumps all over it. REO has stuff laying around his cellar left over from the dark ages. And the Wizard of Meta has reamers left over from the dark ages as well.

Tom, is your chamber dimensioned for the REMINGTON brass (.463-.464" web diameter), or, the NORMA dimensioned brass (.469-.4695 web)? If the former (a chamber dimension of about .466 -.467" at 0.200" ahead of the bolt-face), did you get a die which will be compatable with both the ORIGINAL Rem. brass and the [Remington]chamber?
